Kickass nachos with homemade chili

- 3/4 of a 300g Tostitos bag, restaurant style
- About 8-10 teaspoons salsa
- 1 cup beef and red beans chili ( or the one you want! ), hot
- A good handful stuffed green olives
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sour cream and salsa

Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 350°F.
- In a big cooking tray, spread the Tostitos then throw the salsa everywhere.
- Pour the chili but mostly in the center, in order to still have some crunchy Tostitos around!
- Add the olives then cover with cheese like it’s your last day on earth. Mozzarella first then sharp cheddar after.
- Cook in the oven for about 8-10 minutes then BROIL until cheese is nice and golden! Remove from oven and garnish with green onions. Serve with salsa and sour cream!
