- 1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Orange and Sriracha mayo
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Finely grated zest of 1/2 orange
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grain mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Provence herbs
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Curry mayo
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped French shallot
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation
- In a large bowl, put the ingredients for the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and mix. Serve with the fondue!
